Salam,

I have been watching this forum from last 1 year. My academics details are:

10th = 52% in 2010
Introductory Level Certificate from CAT ACCA in July 2011
12th = 49% in 2014
IELTS = 5.5 (L=5 , R=5.5 , W=6 , S=5)

I got LOA from:
1) University of Regina in BBA with ESL Condition 4 year Undergraduate Program
2) Fanshawe in Business Fundamentals Unconditional 1 year Post-Secondary Certificate Program
3) Memorial Universty ( not replied yet)
4) University of Saskatoon ( not replied yet )

What do you suggest me guys and SENIORS? Its about my whole future depends on this

Financial Status:
I can pay CAD 10000 in advance with bank statement of USD 40000 sponsored by my father and can show property worth USD 600000 on my name

well to be honest your educational profile is not good at all. kindly explain what is ESL Condition?

my analysis: VO will have doubt that this person is not going to study but to settle there bcuz his academic profile is not good at all

so chose the most easy program of study and try ur luck with visa application. Financially u look strong so no issues there
