need suggestions regarding Background declaration form

hi Guys....

I sent my application to CIO on june 10 2015.....I am an Inland applicant
In my Background declaration application form for the question Activity in last years and address where you have stayed in last ten years ... I did not mention that I had gone on vacation to India ( I had gone 3 times each time I had gone for approx of 30 days)....for providing false information or wrong information will I be forbidden to enter Canada for at least five years...
for not writing about my vacation in the form will this be a problem...!!!!!

Don't bother about that for now. After getting the medical from your VISA OFFICE send an updated schedule A with proper explanation letter along with medical receipt.
