Need suggestions PGWP-1year-1LMIA

1-year PG diploma 2014sep to april 2015 TORONTO
1year PGWP -sep3,2015 to sep3 2016
NOC B JOB -form august31 2015-present
(have 4years experince in the same field in india)

Employes not willing to provide LMIA (they said they place my job position in jobmarket for 30days if any canadian selected i have to loose job. my point is as am currently working do they really need to place my position in jobbank?

i am living in manitoba due past relation with toronto i have to wait 1year inorder to apply MPNP


What i have to do in order to extend my workpermit ? without LMIA

Yes - they certainly need to place your job on jobbank in order to receive an LMIA. If they don't advertise your job the LMIA will be refused.

If you want to extend your job without an LMIA you'll need to be nominated by the province. The nomination will allow you to extend your work permit.

Without the nomination, you need an LMIA.

This is the exact reason why seniors here will always advise you to take a two year course in Canada (rather than a one year) so that you can obtain a three year PGWP.

I guess you'll need to find a new employer who is willing to go through the LMIA process.

what if i go for express entry under Federal skilled worker without offer letter? i heard one of my friend of friend got PR recently but he don't have a job.he is about to land in Canada .he said he will get pr card after landing (3 months).does that works for me?

It might. How many points to you have under Express Entry? Have you calculated your points yet? Only people with 450 points or more have been selected so far - and it doesn't look like the points are going to drop anytime soon.

The options to extend your WP are already explained by our one of forum members scylla..so if you are having options to try one of those programmes then well&good..otherwise extend your status (eg visitor,study permit etc) to be legal and keep your status alive and till then you might have completed one at your current job and you will be able to :
1 apply for MPNP
2 apply under CEC (EE)

your case is not so hard, its a good thing you are in Manitoba, by aug 31 2016 you should have completed your 1 year requirement to apply to MPNP and even CEC, the requirement is 1 year work experience on a valid work permit which you would be qualified for by aug 31 2016, you just have to put in your application for mpnp and CEC before sep 3 when your pgwp expires you would also need to apply to change your status to a visitor or student before your pgwp expires. once you get nominated you can apply for a closed work permit with a work support letter from the province, but you would have to be out of work for some time while the app is processing....a lmia would have been the best option but it is not easy to get
