I want to apply for TRV . I was involved in a traffic accident five months ago in US. And I got ticketed for no drivers license (I had driving instruction permit, but had forgotten it at home, so officer cited me for not having drivers license) and failing to notify the owner of the unattended vehicle which I struck. this accident occured in parking lot. I had to go to traffic court, but the court did not impose any fine or penalty on me. Based on my replies, judge gave me a No Contest judgement, without any fine and let me go. Does this traffic offense constitute a criminal offense for canadian visa application? Do I need to answer yes/no to the question where it asks regarding any criminal offense? Please help... As I have read somewhere that traffic violations dont count, but couldnt get information specific to my case, as I dont want to withhold any required information. So need advice..Thanks..

a criminal offence is not a criminal offence unless or until Ruled by the court. you will be alright if you select or tick " No "
good luck.
