Need suggestion on Visitor Visa

Hi All,
I need suggestion on my case.

I recently landed as PR in canada. I have also declared my husband as non-accompanying spouse while application.
I am planning to apply for spousal sponsorship once I receive my PR card. Meanwhile, i am thinking of applying visit visa for him so that he can visit me if spouse PR take longer time.

I have few queries in my case. Kindly provide your inputs:

1. Which is better ? applying visit visa before spousal sponsorship application OR applying visit visa once spousal sponsorship application is submitted?

2. Currently i am unemployed in Canada. So if he applies for visit visa on my invitation, will it get rejected?

3. My sister and family is PR in Canada. Can he apply for visit visa with their invitation? Is there any chance that it get rejected as he is applying with sister-in-law invitation?

4. He can show 10000 CAD in account for his expense. If we keep that and if we show that he will be staying in my sister's house during the visit , will that be fine?

5. If by chance his visit visa got rejected, will it affect our spousal sponsorship application bcz of the rejection history?

He is unlikely to be approved for a visit visa, since he will not be a genuine visitor - your intention is to have him stay in Canada.

A rejection for a visitor visa will not affect your spousal sponsorship application.

You do not need to have a job to sponsor him, but must show how you will cover expenses.

If your sister invites him, he still has to declare his wife as a PR in Canada.

Actually we are intending to apply visit visa on genuine grounds only and he intends to return after his stay.
Can we keep tickets (both ways) as a proof to show that he will exit after his stay?

No, because tickets can be changed or flights cancelled.

You can try to prove genuine visitor but it is very very difficult. Do not be surprised when you are refused
