Can I use my Canadian Health Card for Medical Test? Can CIC check my medical history from Health Card so that I dont have to go for medical test? :

You need to do the medical and pay the fee - just another cost to add to the PR process!

Well I Guess if you do not want to do or pay for the test then you do not really want to become PR ?
