Need suggestion before applying for IELTS exam.

Hi All,
I would be appearing for the IELTS test next month. Please suggest some valuable tips to score the maximum marks. Are the online free tutorials enough for practice or should I buy some books as well.
I heard that if I attain maximum marks in listening then my overall scores will be high. Is it true?
And in case of the listening section, how to answer the 1st 2 questions where we hear an audio and then we have to write the summary in our own words. I am getting confused in that.
Please help. Thank you in advance.

Aim for 7 bands in writing reading and speaking
8 bands for listening

This will give you 128 points in total

Crs gives score for each module separately so make sure you score good in each to get higher points.

No tips just gotta do more practice. The more you practice the better you get.
