Need SOP for College - Humber

Hi Guys,
I applied for Advance Diploma (Business administration) in Humber, last month... Been waiting for a month, And I finally they have replied asking for a SOP. ???

The problem which I have is... I have about 8+ Years of study gap... Due to which they have asked me to write a SOP... People who I know have advised me to write a strong SOP... Really couldnt understand why they ask "Strong" Sop...

So I need some guidance for that... I request seniors and others who ever has written a "strong" SOP or applied with study gap, if you could send me a copy or give me d format would be of great help... prathapg86 @ gmail. com

Im thinking of adding points like - Why Canada, Why studies after a long gap, What career growth I have if I study... Anyways Im planning to take sabbatical leave for 2 years from my current employer, So thinking of adding that aswell... So again what else I could add to this???

Any help/guidance about this concern is highly appreciated guys...

All the points you mentioned are quite right, and shall be mentioned in SOP. In addition, as you're taking sabbatical you can state that after graduation you will be able to join your company in a better position, this will also help in VISA, as it ensures your return to India after completion.

There isnt any specific format. You can write the way you want. Here is something that may help you:
