Need some options

I am very new to this forum and I hope that I went in the thread.

I am a Mauritian who is trying to apply for the Permanent Residence as a foreign worker. I believe that I fit in the Canadian Experience Class as I have studied a diploma in a Canadian University and worked 2 years as a help-desk agent.

Now the problem is that even though I am bilingual, my express entry points only reach up to 420 points which is very low. I have thought of getting better points in my IELTS and TEF but I doubt that I will fit in the pool. (The last draw had a huge gap)

Is there any way to get more points other than going back to school?

I thought that my full time helpdesk position was a NOC B. My employer is a corporate so I think that it should be LMIA approved.

but what sort of help desk agent given even a basic call center employee could be called help desk agent so what NOC code do you think your current role is, is it/ was it a technical support desk role for example. Also you do understand an LMIA sponsorship has to show no Canadian resident is available to fill a role before looking outside Canada corporate or not.,http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/noc.asp

I am part technical helpdesk but I do not think that I will fit under the LMIA since there are a lot more helpdesk technicians on the same helpdesk as me.

There's no such thing as something being "LMIA approved". Your employer has to obtain an actual LMIA for you and your specific job. This will require them to advertise the job for at least a month first to prove no Canadian could be found for the role. They will also have to complete paperwork and potentially wait over four months for that application to be approved.
