Hello guys I need some information about canadian university. can you please tell some university list Where I will be able to get four month break in a year of bachelor engineering degree.?
But tuition fee is also fact. (8-12k)

I don't think there is any university that has tuition fees this low for a Bachelor degree in Engineering.
