my friend had ainp, now he need extend his work permit, because he still waiting for the file number. anyway he is under Labour Market Impact Assessment Exemption - Provincial Nominee . And he got the two document ainp and job offer ready. but he is confused about the Statement from the province that it has determined that all factors required for the issuance of a work permit as per its agreement with Canada have been met, and identifying the occupation and employer information.
