Biggest fraud in Punjab.
My friend applied from him for canada visa and he got refused. That’s not the issue that he got refusal from him. The main issue is he( vinay hari) didn’t tell my friend about the refusal instead he(vinay hari) again applied visa for continuously for three times without telling my friend and all the times he got refused. My friend thought that he has been refused only once but when he applied for gcms notes he came to know that he had been refused 4 times.
