Need some help Regarding Provincial Nominee.

I applied for my Provincial Nominee in Sep 2015 , it almost 19 months now. I got married in Nov 4th 2017 and add my wife name in my application as a spouse and send all application forms and police clearance as well. If any one has same situation like me please give me shout what will be the next step. In my CIC account , it's showing now that, "They are doing the background check and reviewing the additional documents I sent". Any comment will be appreciable.
