I recently got my travel doc to go back to canada as a PR. My mom lives in NY, USA. Would I be able to enter the states ? Or would I have to use a my visitors visa?
PR Card does not give you entry to the US. If you are dont hold a passport from a US visa exempt country, then you will need a US visitors visa to visit the US.
