So I was doing my CIC for my student permit renewal. It was at transmit and pay, and when I went to click pay, internet went down, so I did not submit any payment info. Now when I go to my account, it says process payment even though I put no info down and as a result, i can't go fix it. It is stuck like for about an hour and I am worried. What should I do?
