Hi,

im from usa and my asylum case is pending in court. i want to marry a girl from canda whos is citizen. my question is can i file my papers from buffalo usa or i have to go back to my parent country india to file papers. and if i cannot file papers from usa and i marry same girl in usa , will my marriage be still eligible to file sponsorship from india..

WHY don't you marry "some girl" from India, and live in India, this forum my friend is for people who married "THE GIRL" OR "THE MAN" for a life time period, for better and for worth, and not "SOME GIRL" or "SOME MAN", just to have a visa...so don't expect any lovely or even polite answer to your post.
people like you who are making people like us suffer that much, after all with people like you, we can understand why the immigration officer go deeeeeeeeeeeeeeep in our "bad word" life that much...God
