Need some help in completing form

Hi All,

In completing the forms for FSWP application, I have doubts in some of the questions. I have listed down the questions. Please help me in completing them.

-- In Generic Application Form:
Question no. 3 "How many family members, including you, are in this application?" -- As I don't have any dependents, I am answering with 1.
In the National Identity Document section, which document can be used to give Document Number and other details? I feel either Passport, License or Aadhar card can be used. Please suggest which should be used?

-- In Economic classes form:
In question no. 11(b), I am unable to enter 0 in the liabilities field. Does anyone else also faced the same situation?

-- In Background declaration form:
Question - 2 asks to write name in native language. Should it be written by pen after printing the form?
Question - 7 asks about number of years of education. I studied in 10+2 pattern after which I completed 4 years of B.Tech and 2 years of MBA. So number of years primary School would be 7, for secondary school would be 5, for university it would be 4 and for post secondary school it would be 2. Actually the word 'post secondary school' is little confusing. I assume it refers to post-graduate studies. Please correct if wrong

And as I am not using representative, I do not need to submit 'Use of representative' form. Please correct if wrong.

Please suggest which should be used? (as in Pakistan national identity card is document i think if you are in India that would be Aadhar Card)

Question - 2 asks to write name in native language. Should it be written by pen after printing the form? (Yes after printing the document you have to write with Pen in Hindi or in Urdu as we written in Pak)

For your case the no. of family members will be "1". The National Identity Document will be your "Aadhar card"

Since a "0" is not accepted in the Liabilities field .... write it with a pen as most have done and so have I. Even the latest version of Adobe Acrobat will not allow writing a zero.

In Background declaration,
You name in your native language is to be written by pen after you print it out.

And no need to submit the representative form.

But in my case i write on computer and put zero that was accepted and validate it accordingly .......

Ok I c i downloaded latest form that is updated on May 2013....you cannot put zero although its accept great than Zero..........so you have to write with PEN and i have applied in last March 2013 but this form again updated in May 2013
