some help will really be appreciated:

we have arranged marriage,

so the question where it asked who proposed should be N/a. as in other part of the form they ask if its an arranged marriage

Next question is

where it ask indicate if your sponsor did visit you during the period of your relationship?

( we married in january2015 when I visited to get married and that was the first time we met too) so how I am going to fill this part

and in next part they ask if I visted my spouse in Canada ,which absolutely is no, how im going to explain why not ?

You do no have to write the essays or long stories. Just be complete, concise, correct and coherent.

just mention the period of stay which u guys spend together after marriage that's the time period ur sponsor visited u during relationship.

and for question about meeting Canada is simple no

The best way would be to be honest. Tell them how your parents arranged it, like did they know the bride's family or how you saw her picture and agreed to marry her, which is the norm in Pakistan - they will understand as it happens many many times in our culture. If you guys are facebook friends, tell them and provide screenshots of your mutual friendship, exchanged e-mails, or any chat history you have. E-mail history would help too.... You must have had some contact with her right? like texting etc...

Even, while your parents were looking for a rishta for you, did they send you information (pictures, etc) of other girls too? You may want to include those e-mails too, just to show the whole process of finding a girl, and how it led to your wife. You don't necessarily have to write 10 pages, my relationship story came to about 5 pages and we've been together for 12 years now

If you're planning on going to visit her again, just add that too... maybe even buy tickets if possible... Attach copies, to show you plan to visit her, and what you will do (places you will go etc) when you're there...
