Need Some Guidance

Hello guys,
I need some proper guidance regarding admission and continuing my education after a long gap.
My spouse might be getting PR by next year but if not then I would like to know that as an international student how can I get admission.
My profile is I am 2011 passout as a bachelors in computer science engineering and I have never worked but I want to work in canada,
So please guide me how and what programs I can get into, which colleges or university ?
And will I land a job after a 1-year or 2-year course (pg-dipomas) ?
I would like to study in my relative field of IT.
Budget or tution fees is not an issue for us.
Can any one let me know this also - about if we get PR also, in that scenario, what are my chances of getting admission and restarting my career ?

On your own you don't sound like a great candidate for a study permit. You've been out of school for nine years, so what does a one-year diploma in Canada add to your job prospects back home? Why have you never worked?

I am a home-maker, we have side business also, my husband is working in finance stream, but in Canada I want to study and work.
