Need some clarification on applying work permit

Hi

I have received LMIA from the employer and planning to apply work permit by end of November 2016. I have some doubts regarding that. Please share some information on this.
1) Is LMIA linked to passport number? If I renew my passport do I need to get new LMIA for my new passport?
2) My current passport expires on July 2017. Most probably I will be traveling by March 2017 so can I travel with 3 months valid passport?
3) how much fund do I need keep in bank account in order to support my work permit. ?

Hi Karthik,

Your LMIA is linked with your passport number. If you get a new passport then the LMIA might has to be reapplied for.
