I have also cleared IELTS with 7 band overall. now i am looking for post graduation diploma in wireless networking and project management. so i want to know that is there any chance that my file will be rejected by embacy members due to the course selection. Please help me out with this.

After M.Tech it will be best to go for PhD if you have interest and are committed, but not necessary - you can try. There are many students who do that, and the reason you should give for selecting that should be that your study till then didn't get into the level of detail in wireless networking, and that's why you want to study that, and that with a diploma in project management, you can be effective in your work, and assume leadership positions quickly in your career. It's all about convincing the VO.

You have to write a very good SOP to convince VISA officer why you wanna do PG Diploma after masters as it makes no sense to do diploma after masters. Research a lot before applying.
