Need solution to my case..

Hello

I am on my post graduate work permit which is only for 1 year. I am working as a Financial sales representative which comes under NOA level B.
I started working in November 2015 and my work permit expires in September 2016. So i can only have 9 months of work experience when my work permit expires.

I have my girlfriend who will get 3 years work permit in April 2016 and we also have plans to get married as well.

What is the possible way to extend my work permit or even file for a PR under express entry.??

Please help as i need urgent solution for this concerns.

As you know, you need at least one year of work experience to apply under Express Entry. You cannot extend your PGWP. If your employer is willing to get an LMIA and give you a full time job offer, you can apply for a closed work permit.

If you get married to your girlfriend and if she is able to secure a full time NOC A, B or 0 job once she has her PGWP - then you can try applying for an open work permit. There is of course no guarantee this open work permit will be approved.

So there is no chance of extending my work permit without LMIA?
Am i able to apply for a PR if i get a work permit based on my girl friend?

PGWP can't be extended.

Options:
- SOWP if married or common-law partner (1 or 2 years, I don't remember). If you have marrying plans I recommend to get married in Canada ASAP
- If younger 35, IEC could work, working holidays or young professionals.
- LMIA

- PR, under some PNP (if possible)

If nothing works apply for visitor status before WP expires.
