Hey everyone

I applied for visa in general category on july 25...and i'm still awaiting decisions...due to lack of time, i am plannign to go for Jan 2015 session (maybe i will travel in early December) if my study permit is approved for Sep 2014...Is this possible? Can i go directly without re-applying for new visa again...

1. You won't get SP after your classes begin. If you deserve a visa, CHC will return your PP with a letter to re-submit PP with a letter of deferral (no other document) for the next intake.
2. You must enter Canada (usually with in 3 months) of TRV issuance. If you can't, then re-apply.

So assuming my TRV is valid till Nov 25th, is it okay to enter Canada by Nov 24th for session starting Jan 2 or so?? Will there be a problem created at PoE, for this type of situation??
