Need sample Employee letter for Software Engineer [NOC 2173]

Hi Guys,
I am preparing a employee reference letter to get it signed from my manager (he asked me to prepare and he is ready to sign).
I know what to put in the letter but i am finding it really hard to write it in professional language.
I am applying CEC as a software engineer [noc 2173]. If any of you have soft-copy of your letter please send it to me.

I hope you must have submitted the concerned letter. I am in that situation to find out a specimen or format for reference letter. If possible, can you or some one share me that please?
