need recommendation on Visitor visa without travel History

I have a sponsorship from Canada, and all required fund and property to show, I am an Manager in IT company filing ITR's every year.

so my question is :
do i need to apply Visitor visa without travel History, need your recommendations and suggestion to get visa.
