Need Quick Help

Hello All, need guidence.

I am applying for a visa for my husband to come to Canada for a month for my brothers wedding. We are applying tommorow. I live in Jamaica with him,and have a marriage extension. We recently started a business...but its slow and due to a bad landlord we are currently looking for a new location. So because our finances are not spectacular....my parents are inviting my husband over and covering all expenses.

*I have the application form...also because I'm living in Jamaica legally...do I put myself on the application as accompanying him.
* I have a notarized letter of invitation, proof of my parents finances in the form of tax papers, a wedding invitation and engagement picture mailed to us from my brother and his fiancee,our business license, and a travel itinerary. In the invitation letter my mom states she will book the tickets for the dates listed when the visa is approved.
* I am waiting on my husbands police report, and have notorized passport photos.

I've read everything...and im lost and not wanting to have to file the forms more than once.

Do I need anything else?

I am not from Jamaica. note the checklist specific to the country and attach the required ones:

If you are a Canadian citizen/PR, you do not put your name on the TRV application.
