Need PAL or not?

Hi, I will be completing my business diploma on Feb 24, 2025 and I want to take a new program at a different DLI at post secondary level which is starting in May, 2025. So,
*Do I need to apply for a new study permit or study permit extension?
*Do I need PAL for a new program? My study permit is expiring in September, 2025.
*Do I have to apply before Feb 24?
*Will I be able to work 24 hrs per week or full time while waiting for the decision.
Any other suggestions/ tips to apply or anything I am missing? Thanks

Yes I’d you change the college after coming to Canada , you will need to apply to new study permit and new PAL.

You need a new PAL and new study permit. Not sure your timeline is realistic but to even attempt to apply you need to apply asap. Without even being approved for a new study program how can you know you will be able to meet the conditions to keep working?
