Need one month after work permit expiration to qualify Canadian Experience Class

Hi,
My work permit is expiring next month, and by the expiry date I complete 11 months in skilled job. My employer is not ready to apply for LMIA. I am on Post Graduate work permit. I require one month extra to somehow complete one year experience. Please help me.
