Hi anyone can tell me how can I get my passport back .and will they refund the landing fees and how long it will take to return the passport

Are you interested in canceling your immigration, or just need the passports for an emergency?

Probably take the same effort to get passport back in both cases.

The email has to go to your visa office, there is no central office once you reach this stage.

It is the same email address from where you got the medicals and passport submission request.

If you are having difficulty finding it, please give me your visa office and I will let you know the email address.

However, I strongly encourage you to reply back to the email, that asked for your passports, as it will be easier for the visa officer to track your case.

May I ask why you have come to this conclusion, when you are so close to the finish line?

Hi my spouse done his medical in Australia and send the report to the embasy thru the doctor. N embassy ask for his medical again.but his passport is already submitted in the embassy n it will take lots of money to send his passport to the Australia and take back from there..im chc center is in new delhi .

Are you currently in India? If so you don't have to send your passport to Australia, rather you can't send your passport, because Indian law does not allow you to send your passports out of the country.

Just inform the VO about this and they either ask you to submit the passports to New Dehli VO or transfer your case there. If it is just a matter of medicals, he can also do his medicals again from India
