There are no jobs here. No one is going to give you a job offer letter. You need to do your own job search and find employer willing to apply for a LMIA proving no one in Canada can do the job, only you. Then with LMIA and job offer you apply for a closed work permit.

Realistically if applying from abroad it will be difficult to find employers willing to go through the time and expense of applying for LMIA for jobs where there isn’t specialized skilled required. Tailoring requires more specialized skills but many tailors are self employed so finding an employer may be very difficult. Many tailors are also self-taught so individuals may run into issues proving their training.
