We have applied under FSW category under Arranged Employment and are waiting for the Medical request from Buffalo visa office.
we are staying in Toronto since 3 years...
can anyone please answer these two questions of mine:
1. I have birth to a baby boy in Toronto last month and he is a canadian citizen born to Indian Parents( we are staying here on Work permit)
do we still need to inform the visa office abt the new born and do we need to send in additional documents?
if so, what are they and what is the fees?
2. i an planning to visit my parents in India next month for a 3 month vacation along with the new born(although my husband would still be here in toronto working).
for suppose- if we get a medical request in the mean time- what is the procedure for doing the medicals?
i mean- can i do the medicals in India(while i am on vacation) and my husband in Toronto or both need to get the medicals done at the same place in Toronto?
