Hi,
Thanks everyone who is reading this post.
Let me start with the history.. I am Indian and landed in Canada on Jan 01st 2012 as an International student. I studied 2 years in one of the college (not university, so I cant apply PNP). I completed my study in September 2013 and got my 3 years open Work permit in November 2013. I also got a professional job in IT started from Jan 2014.
In this 2 years of study, I fell in love with an Indian origin girl. She is Canadian citizen. Now we would like to marry. We can marry in Canada or India that does not matter.
So my question is, I would like to apply for a PR on marriage basis but I don't know which option is better inland or outland? I know Inland take more time but I am already in Canada for more then 2 years and have open work permit till Oct 2016. So I am thinking Inland should take less time for me. Would like to know why Inland take more time and will it be same in my case if I apply inland?
Thanks
Hitesh
