Need information for filling PR card renewal form

Our PR card is expiring soon, So I was filling the renewal form and I wasn't present in Canada for all 5 years. I came once for landing (for 5 days) and then I came for work for around two weeks in 2017. But I do not have the exact dates for my arrival and departure for 2017 trip. There are no stamps on my Passport for entry in canada because I travelled by road between USA and canada for work.
So how do I fill that information for days in Canada. Should I request for my travel history from CBSA?
Another concern is that I have been in Canada continuously since October 2019 and my PR card expires in Nov 2021. So If I count my days it will be close to minimum requirement, Can I apply now (as per the rule you can apply 6 months before expiry date)?
Please advice..

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
You can get travel history from CBSA but it primary record your entry to Canada. You might be able to get exit record from US CBP.

I would not suggest you to renew the PR card if your RO (730 days in a rolling 5 year period) is not met. The PR card's expiry date is not relevant in the renewal application.

Thank you for the quick reply, I have two queries then:
1. Do I have to fill the exact dates in the form, or they can directly get it from CBSA?
2. If I don't apply for renewal then what is my other option as I have a job here and we want to stay.

For PR renewal form, you HAVE to fill in the dates for exit and entry. Search your old email, look at google map history, dig. Or you can wait for the report of travel history from CBSA and US CBP.

Do not apply for renewal if you know that you do not meet RO! Since you said you have been in Canada since 2019, then wait till you meet RO before you apply for renewal. Do not cross the border. You can stay in Canada without a valid PR card. You only need PR card to return to Canada from outside.
