Can a US pr apply for residency in while inside canada?
How does that process go?
How do he get his wife and kids as residence of canada with him....
His kids are US citizen and infants should he apply for them or just put them on the apllication
Whats the cost for thr whole family 2 adults and 2infants
Do you have to pay for the kids too?

1. No you have to apply outside Canada first to CIO Nova Scotia to see if your job experience is in the list of "38" http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/backgrounders/2008/2008-11-28a.asp if it isn't it is pointless to apply.
