Do i put my Statement Of Purpose 1st when i am combining my supporting documents?

OK thank you also i have a letter from my cousin confirming that she will be accommodating me during my studies in Canada as well as her citizen document, should i combine it in my supporting documents or put it in the optional documents where it says "Client Information" ?
