if my bridging work permit and restoration work permit had been refused,is it possible to apply for visitor visa or tourist visa within Canada,without leaving the country to get atleast temporary residential status..

Depends on reason for refusal. Can you elaborate please? The reason I say this is if its a very serious reason you may be refused a visitor visa as well.

my bridging work permit got rejected because my foolish lawyer had paid 100 dollars less,so we applied for restoration,today i got refusal for restoration also,

and my pr is in process which i applied in aug 2014 and received no results of pr also

Not sure what you can do in this case. Why did you get refusal for restoration of status? Did your lawyer underpay the fee for that as well?

As I posted in your other thread, once restoration is refused, it's too late to restore your status from within Canada.
