Need info on ecas update

Hi,
Im not able to see my ecas update but when I called today the cic call center was able to find my application. The agent mentioned that my application was received on March 18, 2014 and the AOR was sent out on Apr 28-2014. Can anyone please let me know when my ecas will be updated? also if they have sent out AOR does that mean my application is complete?
A response will be greatly appreciated

same thing happened to me , called and cic said application process has started but could not check my ecas.
after 2 days or 3 i had success to see it on ecas
i would think may be on saturday you ll be able to see your ecas, they update it tuesdays and saturdays according to some members here.
usually they if the file and the application is complete before they start processing your application so you are good , exceptions apply , depends on how easy or complicated is your application
