Need info on B4 form

Just wondering if anyone has a link or information on what we need to declare and how to fill the form out.
My husband and I both lived abroad for the last year when we return to Canada we are only bringing clothes back, my laptop that I had from Canada and a few souvenirs for my family. Just wondering do we even need to fill out the B4 form? Our souvenirs only cost us $70. We don't have furniture coming or cars or anything as we are going to be living in my parents home until we get jobs again.

If you are not bringing any belongings back with you, other than a laptop and clothing, then you don't require a B4. That would only be needed if you are keeping items in storage that you intend to have shipped to you once you are back in Canada and settled.
