Hi I was wondering if there is some info or someone on the same time line as me!!!
sponsorship for my wife in Cuba.


Well cic received my file September 5 2014
I was approved December 13 2014
Havana received my file December 29 2014
now it's July 7 2015
from September 5 to July 5 ---10 months
from December 29 to July 5 ---7 months
on July 17 my wife's medical will expire what will immegration do...
how much longer. I know I have to be patient but really. Can anyone help?

Hi..

I am protected person in Canada since March 2014, and I have applied for my PR application on the 2nd of May, and it is in process now, I have added my boyfriend "he doesn't live in Canada" to my application as "Conjugal partner" and I have submitted all the needed papers that prove we are in relationship, however, couple months ago we split, , and right now I don't know what to do:
1- should I wait and see and hope he won't get approval? and then everything will be dropped automatically.
2- or should I remove his name from the application? and I tried to find a way of removing someone from PR application, I couldn't find anything instructions about that?
3- Will removing him affect my PR application? in terms of approval and process time, because I have been waiting for more than a year now and the CIC is already close to open my application, they are processing the applications that were received on the 19th of April now.
4- Will my PR application be rejected if he was in it?

I hope someone who has an experience in this matter can help. Thanks

1. & 2. Send a case specific enquiry to CIC, who will tell you how to update your application (remove boyfriend). Note that the reply may take ages.
