HELLO GUYS

HAD APPLIED UNDER SKILLED WORKERS CATEGORY AND I I HAVE RECIEVED INITIAL APPROVAL LETTER FROM FSW SYDNEY CANADA ON 6TH APRIL AND I HAVE SENT OUT ALL DOCUMENTS EXCLUDING MY WIFE PCC AND BANK STATEMENT. WOULD MY APPLICATION BE RETURNED OR THEY WILL ASK ME TO SEND REMAINING DOCUMENTS.

PLS ANSWER ME ASAP.

Agreed. Send the missing documents including a cover letter with your file number asap.

If your 120 day period is not over, send them with cover letter, else if they have started processing, they will call in additional documents and most probably you for an interview. GOod luck.

Dear zakout76,

Your situation is surprising! You could have re-taken the IELTS test at least once more for a better score.

Right now, I think the only option is to send whatever IELTS score (in original) that you've got with a good cover letter saying that you have already registered for a re-test and intend sending the new IELTS result by this date (I hope u at least have registered with IELTS for a re-test)

Seniors can comment better but move fast on this, I suggest!!!!!

as another member say only send the reived for new ielts without org ielts but i,m really afraid to refuse my application
another thing i want only 5 points to reach 67 points
and my last score i got 4.5/4.5/4.5/s 6

pls advice as that enough to take 5 or i will take 4 only?

You will get 2 points for speaking. All your other abilities fall in the basic range and there is maximum 2 points for basic range so you can only get 4 points. It is possible that the visa officer will give you 5 points by mistake. You can only hope for the best.

Dear zakout76,

I can feel ur urgency. Since u already are close to 120 days deadline, you dont have too many options:

Option 1: Send application with no IELTS (here u will be marked 'zero' points for English proficiency, so u create more chances of refusal)

Option 2: Send application with the IELTS results that u have.
(here, either VO gives u 5 in English, then you are ok.
OR, he can give you only '4', but then u are telling him that you have alreay registered for new IELTS mentioning the dates of the result etc. That gives u a better chance. Also it is possible that your IELTS results reaches before the VO can find out the lower IELTS score)

I would have gone with the Opotion 2.
You can wait for seniors to respond, but remember you dont have much time left

but i come to know that officer will not give extra time to retake ielts as they mention clearly in org letter along with file number that if u not ready to apply so its better to not reply

so i will send every thing with org ielts
