Hi guys I submitted my passport two months ago but still not received. I have repeatedly called CIC agent & 2 weeks ago I asked them to send back passport and I will do my TRV application in January when I return.
I am travelling in 1 week & urgently need my passport, have sent 2 emails to CIC with no response.
Now I plan to travel to Ottawa and go directly to the immigration office to collect my passport.
My questions are:
1- Does anyone know if the Immigration office in Ottawa is accessible to the public?
2- Do you know what the office address is?
3- Does anyone know if this has been done before / do you have any tips?
As you can tell I am really desperate & would really appreciate any help or advice.
