Hello, I need some help guys ..

Well, my sister has dentist studio in Calgary, AB.
I'm now taking orthodontist classes in the country where I live ( Europe ) ..
She got married in Canada, and started that dentist studio there..
now, my question is: after I graduate ( orthodontist ) can she hire me to work with her, in her own dentist studio?

Is that possible? That's kinda foreign worker, right?
If anyone knows something more about this, or can give me advices please post it here, or PM me .. thanks
:)

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
You can find the Association of Orhodontists in AB here: http://www.asolink.com/ so if you contact them, they should be able to tell you if you need to get licensed to work in AB.

To apply for a temporary work permit, your sister would need to apply for a labour market opinion (LMO) where she would have to prove that she has advertised the job, is paying market wage and still could not find any Canadians or PR's who would take the job. If she gets the LMO, you can apply for a work permit, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/index.asp

To apply for your immigration under the skilled worker program, you would need to get at least 67 points on the self assessment, you need at least one year skilled work experience and your sister would have to apply for an arranged employment opinion (AEO) which is easier to get than an LMO. See http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp

It is also possible that your sister could sponsor you under the provincial nominee program in AB with a job offer. To find out, see AINP here: http://www.albertacanada.com/immigration/immigrating/ainp.html

You can find information about how to apply for LMO's and AEO's here: http://www.hrsdc.gc.ca/eng/workplaceskills/foreign_workers/supperimm.shtml
