Need Help

Hi anybody can please help

My sister applied for post graduation work permit in august 2017 with 2 year program and she got approval after 7 months for just one year and we sent webform inquiry about it and they replied that we have forwarded your inquiry to respected visa office and after a month we didnt hear anything. We have no idea what to do and if somebody can suggest a good solution please.

is her passport expiring soon?

If her passport is expiring soon, that is the issue. As far as I know she can apply for an extension after she renews her passport. Are there any conditions on her PGWP, because 7 months is a long wait for approval?
