ok i am a student was admitted to mcgill and came in march here,
there was some things i got victim of, my application for CAQ was not approved but was given a approval letter by my consultant and i sent to quebec immigration to verify it and they said its not issued by us and they put me under adminstration review for verifying documents and after 8 months i got their reply that
demonstrate in a satisfactory manner the authenticity of the following documents

which i did and they refused my application by saying this

The additional explanations and documents that you provided do not establish in a
satisfactory manner, pursuant to Section 3.2.1 of the Act respecting immigration to
Québec, the truthfulness of declarations made or the authenticity of documents
provided in support of your application was could not be demonstrated.
Accordingly, we advise you that your application is rejected.
We also remind you that, under Section 3.2.2.1 of the Act respecting immigration to
Québec, the Minister will refuse to examine any new application for a certificate from
you for the next five years


Any expert suggestion what i can do with this?

There's nothing you can do. The document you submitted was fraudulent. You're banned from applying through any Quebec program for 5 years.

Next time I would recommend applying on your own instead of using an agent.

Thanks for the reply, so i cant do anything about it to get in contact with quebec immigraiton anything? or i need to move than out of quebec?

To be honest i was not aware of that letter, if i would have , i would have never send them in first place

What is your status in Canada at this time? Are you here as a visitor? Have you been extending your visitor visa to remain here legally?

i am actually here on study permit came in march and its going to expire in april 2018

i just studied 2 papers in summer when i came in march i attend in may those classes in mcgill

Hey Scylla, i need help from you i was able to get admission for winter in algonquin college in ottawa in general arts and science and i am stuyding there still, but now i am about to apply my extension for visa, do you think i should write SOP why i am studying general arts and science instead of accounting, where as my lawyer has explained every situation in a letter about Quebec problems and i am ataching that letter with my application
