Hello,guys.
My friend has such problem:
He has applied for open work permit for himself and his wife and study permit for his kids based on his processing status of permanent residence application. They are already in Canada for more than a year.
Their kids are studying in school: one is in primary school and another one is in secondary school.
And they have applied in one application questionnaire.
So yesterday their kids were refused for study permit because they did not provide reference letter for school (name of college or university, class and period of studying) and after their parents were approved for work permit.
And their school informations were written in application forms. Also they were informed that they do not need to provide reference letter if they are already inside Canada and they are primary and secondary school ( were informed by mycic customer service before applying)
And their study permit expire on 8 of April.
What are your suggestions on their next steps?
How they can apply for new study permits if there are not 18 old and older (7 years old and 14 years old)?
Thank you for any help
