My name is Mohd Abdul from India and currently working in UAE.

I applied for canada PR through a consultancy in india and the process is still go on.

I have manitoba option also and i am eligible for it ,the only problem is i need a friend in manitoba who has canada PR for more than 1 year,but I don't have friends or relatives in manitoba.

Not sure but technically might question the legality of this proposal paying someone to pretend to be a friend or even worse a relative.

What u are trying to do is wrong and CIC agents on the forum can get to mark you with this ur email address. It is against provincial law to seek for someone to pretend as ur friend for the purpose of getting nomination.

If you dont have a sponsor from MB...try to check Sasketchewan nomination program.
