NEED HELP

Hi everyone,
Need an expert's opinion with my case.. I sent my application to Nova Scotia and got back an email to send complete application to London visa office. I got back to my country Egypt which has its own visa office but i thought they said london so thats where i'd send.. so i sent everything to london and notified them that i am back in egypt thats why my info changed and everything.. I have a delivery receipt from aramex that they got my papers in December 2009 and uptill now they didnt send anything and when i try checking the status online using the file number sent from nova scotia but it says "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided".....ANY IDEAS ?!?!?!?! :'(

Did you ask them to transfer your fileto Cairo office?

1- you can't transfer your file to Cairo, if you want that you have to re-apply again to Nova Scotia.
2- Did you tell them in the letter you sent that you want to transfer your file to Cairo?

no i didnt ask for it to be transferred, i dont even want to transfer it... i just thought maybe they did on their own cause i cant find an online status for my file number... and they received my file in december already but till now when i check online with the file number sent from nova scotia i get a message that they cant find any info with these details

Did you submit the file before ending the 120 days?

yes and it was received by london visa office long before the 120 days were over... i am starting to panic

Sorry, I just read your first post that you received a letter or receiving by aramex. Did they give you the second AOR??

here is answer of your query as per OP6

"Visa offices are not required to transfer files for any other reasons. Such reasons include cases of
applicants who comply with subsection R11(1) for the specified visa office, at the time the
application is received at the CIO, but subsequently leave the territory of the specified visa office.
In these cases, the original visa office should proceed with a final determination of eligibility and
process the application if eligible. The visa office should not transfer the file to another visa office
unless the transfer is warranted for program integrity reasons. Leaving a visa office’s territory
alone, does not warrant a file transfer. In this case, if an applicant requests a file transfer, the visa
office should inform them that the application will not be transferred and that they are required to
submit a complete application to the visa office originally specified within the 120-day deadline
allotted by the CIO.
