Hi

I am sharing my case as I am really wondering what is going wrong.
My husband applied for PR in 2014,by the time our application reached CIC the seats/quota for the noc 1123 was full. Our papers dint even reach us back due to issues with the postal department.
My husband is a marketing graduate .His score is 426 and mine 378 (for express entry)

our IELTS scores are 8(our scores expire in JULY) .we got WES done for both of us and also created a express entry profile in 2015.we did not get a call.

we recreated our profiles a month back using different email id's still no luck for either of us .

Please help us in how we should take this further.

It is my understanding that people with less than 450 points in their EE profile are not getting ITAs yet. Assuming that the 426 points of your husband include the points he would get from your qualifications as well, you may have to try to get a Nomination from a Province.

You can check the Year End 2015 results of the invitation rounds here.

Kindly reappear for IELTS before end of July and again score min. L 8, R 7, S 7, W 7 band scores which are CLB 9 equivalent scores and will fetch you more than 400 CRS points.
You need to create a single EE profile with one principal applicant and the spouse as a dependent. The one having a better score in IELTS and higher educational qualifications should be the principal applicant.

You can expect to receive PT NOI from Ontario for a score above 400 CRS points. Then you can apply for OINP and receive nomination giving you additional 600 CRS Points - assuring an ITA.
