i did my certification on work permit and showed that certification under education column and applied for PR and i read at someone thread that you cannot show certification under education. now I wondering will that cause any problem ?

It'll be fine, don't worry. As long as you haven't made any large mistakes you're good to go.

it took me 3 months to do my certification but I did not join any institute. All i studied myself and gained certification, What problem you are talking about ?
