I am a restaurant manager and I am also the co-owner of same restaurant. I also have a valid LMO with closed work permit.

Can I apply under CEC as a restaurant manager(0631) ?

or does my experience will count as self employed ?

If I am not eligible under CEC due to self employed status, Is there any other category I can file PR ?

CEC needs that the applicant be in an employer - employee relationship. Since you are also a co-owner of the restaurant, you are not an employee for the restaurant, making you ineligible to apply under CEC.
